FOX 7 Discussion: Austin Police Association on Dallas Shooting

On the heels of the deadliest attack against law enforcement since 9/11, local police departments in Texas and across the country are grappling with the tragedy in Dallas. They're also struggling to find answers on how to improve relations with minorities in the community.
