FOX 7 Discussion: Harvey relief bill vote

AUSTIN, Texas - On Friday, President Trump signed a $15 billion Hurricane Harvey relief bill.

But four Texas congressmen voted against it.

The relief bill also included the temporary suspension of the debt ceiling and that's the reason four state lawmakers gave for voting against the necessary aid.
