AUSTIN, Texas - Austin City Council recently approved the budget for the next fiscal year, which starts in October. It adds more funding for shelters, and some of that money will go towards several shelters ran by the Salvation Army. Joining us now to discuss this much-needed funding is Corey Leith, the director of communications for the Salvation Army.
