Honor Flight Austin prepares to take first all female veteran flight to D.C.

Honor Flight Austin will take the first trip of all female veterans to D.C. to visit their memorials. It's one of four flights scheduled this fall. One of the flights includes Tuskegee Airman Dr. Granville Coggs, 92.
Saturday morning Honor Flight Austin will host a special meet and greet event at Austin City Hall. Participants of the upcoming Honor Flights will be at the event. It's an opportunity to meet the veterans.
The non-profit is also hosting a fundraiser on Sunday, September 25 at 5 pm at Bob's Steak and Chop House.
