Llano high school teacher arrested for sexual relationship with student

According to the Llano Sheriff's Office, 28-year-old Clarissa McDaniel has been arrested and charged with two counts of Improper Relationship between Educator and Student.

According to a police report, school administrators contacted the Llano Police Department about an allegation of said relationship on May 13, 2016

Llano PD, Llano Sheriff's, and Texas Rangers conducted a joint investigation which resulted in McDaniel's arrest.

The Llano Sheriff's Office said the allegations date back to December 2015.

Officials at Llano ISD said McDaniel no longer works at the school and are fully cooperating in the investigation.
