Man accused of kidnapping Round Rock girls back in Texas

The man accused of kidnapping two girls from Round Rock was transported back to Texas from Colorado by the U.S. Marshals Service on Thursday. 

44-year-old Terry Miles was arrested Jan. 3, 2018 in Colorado. He was wanted for kidnapping two girls, a 7-year-old and 14-year-old, both of whom were found safe at the time of Miles' arrest. 

He made his initial court appearance in Denver on Jan. 4 and was awaiting his extradition to Texas. Miles arrived in Austin on Thursday, Jan. 18, where he will remain in custody.

Officials say a court date has not yet been set.
