Mini Trail of Lights opens at Dell Children's for kids
Dell Children's Medical Center has found a way to bring the spirit of Christmas to the patients who must spend the holidays in the hospital. The children are getting their own Trail of Lights. The display was unveiled Wednesday night.
It is the first time a piece of the Trail of Lights has been held off site. The lights are hanging in the interior healing garden of the hospital. Patients who are not well enough to go outside will be able to see the lights through hospital windows that overlook the garden.
The light display will remain up until the Wednesday evening after the new year.
