Minor collision causes Metro Rail delays

A minor collision between a Metro Rail train and a truck caused at least an hour delay earlier today for Metro Rail riders. As of 9 a.m., Capital Metro says that delays are now less than 15 minutes.
The Leander Police Department says the crash happened at Hero Way and Highway 183. Hero Way was blocked to East and West traffic while the investigation was conducted but it is now open.
Police say there were no injuries and only minor damage.
