New Braunfels woman wanted for failure to register as a sex offender

The New Braunfels Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a woman who failed to maintain her registration as a sex offender.

35-year-old Cidelia Saenz was convicted in Guadalupe County in 2001 on a single charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child for sexually assaulting a then 13-year-old female. Saenz failed to register in November 2015 and a warrant has been issued. Bond has been pre-set at $25,000. Her last known address is in New Braunfels.
