KILLEEN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Officers with the Killeen Police Department are investigating the murder of 29-year-old Kevin Lebriant Thomas. Thomas was fatally shot on Saturday, June 8.
According to police, officers were dispatched for a 911 call about a shooting victim in the 4700 block of Greenlee Drive on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at approximately 4:14 a.m. When officers arrived on scene, they located a male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers’ immediately started to perform life saving measures until paramedics arrived.
Thomas succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 5:02 a.m. An autopsy is to be performed at the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas.
