Police investigating Northwest Austin bank robbery
AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The Austin Police Department says it is investigating a bank robbery that happened in Northwest Austin.
The robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 10900 Research Boulevard.
Police say they responded to the call which came in just after 9 a.m.
In a press conference just after 10:30 a.m., police did not offer up any new details beyond that the robbery suspect had been arrested.
