All clear given after suspicious package found at Municipal Courthouse

The all clear has been given after a suspicious package was found at the Municipal Courthouse on East 7th Street. The building had been evacuated.

Police say a woman was opening mail and discovered a white powdery substance. Two people who came in contact with the substance were treated.

APD Bomb Squad was on the scene. The substance, officials say, was benign but it's not clear what the substance is.
