SAPD search for missing woman, fear for her health
The San Antonio Police Department is searching for a missing woman diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
Selma Wylie, 74, was last seen in San Antonio Friday morning. Law enforcement officials believe the 74-year-old's disappearance poses a credible threat to her own health and safety.
Wylie is described as an African-American woman with brown hair and brown eyes,
