Social media users identify Manor carjacking suspect
MANOR, Texas— The Manor Police Department has identified the suspect in an overnight carjacking Tuesday night thanks to help from social media.
A warrant has been issued for Vicky Fields, who allegedly stole a pickup truck outside the Valero Gas Station located at 11209 E. US-290.
Police say their Facebook followers identified Fields within hours of their post, after being shared more than 450 times.
Fields faces Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, a first degree Felony.
