Students okay after school bus crash

No students were seriously hurt after a school bus crash on 290. 32 students from Small Middle School were on the bus at the time of the crash.

Police say the school bus was changing lanes and "nicked" a black car in the other lane. 

EMS checked out all the students on board and and one had a minor injury.

Police say there was no damage to bus and there was damage to the fender of the black car.

The student checked out for a headache was released and all the students were later taken to school.


It was originally reported that police said the bus was heading east when a black car going straight in the right lane hit the bus. It has since been corrected to reflect police say the bus was changing lanes and nicked the other car.
