Suspect in custody after SWAT situation on Woodward Street
A suspect is in custody after a SWAT situation on Woodward Street between I-35 and Congress. It began at around 6:30 a.m.
The person barricaded himself in an apartment in the 700 block across from a parking garage that's near St. Edward's University.
