FOX 7's Elizabeth Saab was at Shawn Dick's watch party where the excitement is growing as more of the results came in.
Jana Duty is also having a watch party and her supporters tell us that's at her house in Georgetown. When we went over to Duty's home, the entire property was roped off a sign out front that said "no trespassing especially the media."
We have repeatedly tried to interview her throughout the course of the election but she wasn't responsive.
Duty is rounding out her first four-year term as DA. While in office you might remember she did spend a few days in jail. She was held in contempt of court for violating a gag order duing one of her cases. Shawn Dick, is a former prosecutor who has spent the last ten years in private practice.
