US Senator and Republican Presidential Candidate Rand Paul has some harsh words for fellow Senator and Presidential Candidate Ted Cruz.
In an article on politico.com Paul says: Cruz can "no longer get anything done in the Senate…" and, "he's pretty much done."
In a quote from that article Paul says: "Ted has chosen to make this really personal and chosen to call people dishonest in leadership and call them names which really goes against the decorum and also against the rules of the Senate, and as a consequence he can't get anything done legislatively."
Paul said this after a spat in July when Cruz called Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell a liar.
Joining FOX 7 to talk about this war of words is The President of the Travis County Democrats, JD Gins and GOP consultant, Matt Mackowiak.
