FOX 7 Debates: FBI ruling on Clinton emails

The FBI is not recommending charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private e-mail server while serving as Secretary of State.

The FBI director said while Clinton and her state department colleagues were "extremely careless" in handling highly-classified information, criminal charges are not warranted.

The announcement brings an end to more than a year of speculation into Clinton's e-mail use.
