FOX 7 Discussion: Lt. Dan Patrick blames liberal policies for problems across the nation

AUSTIN, Texas - Lieutenant Governor, Dan Patrick said in an interview last week that city governments are responsible for many of the problems across the nation.

He also said it's because most cities are run by democratic mayors and council members.
