One dead, two injured in shooting at high school in Alpine

One student is dead and another is hurt after a shooting at Alpine High School in Alpine, Texas. Media reports that a law enforcement officer was also shot in friendly fire.

The Alpine Avalanche reports that students were evacuated and all Alpine ISD schools were on lockdown. Once the lockdown is lifted students will be released to a nearby Jehovah's Witness church.

FOX News is reporting that the the students were female and that one shot and injured the other before then killing herself inside the school bathroom. Five shots were reportedly fired.
