*Update* Williamson County flooding victim identified

*Update* Officials have released the name of the person who died as a result of flooding in Williamson County. 55-year-old Jerry D. Booth was traveling to Georgetown on CR 143 from his home in Temple when he got trapped in the floodwaters.

Officials say the last contact Booth had with his family was on May 21 between 5-6 a.m. and that he was listed as missing by the Temple Police Department at about 11 p.m. the same day.

Officials say Booth was driving a 2002 Dodge pickup which was found about a quarter of a mile south of the low water crossing on CR 143. Booth's body was found about a mile and a half downstream from his truck by a DPS helicopter.
