For the first time since July 2014, the eastern Pacific is cooling. A sign that El Nino is coming to an end.
As advertised, it was a strong one and influenced our rainfall. We just had our second wettest year in 2015 and are still ahead of schedule this year.
In fact, every inch of Texas is drought-free and erased the worst drought in decades.
Now it looks like La Nina will take over which is the cooling of the eastern Pacific.
