Russia recognizes independence of Ukraine separatist pro-Moscow regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees recognizing two separatist pro-Moscow regions in Ukraine as independent. He's also ordered his troops to keep the peace in parts of Ukraine but it's still unclear if Russia will launch a full scale invasion. FOX's Caroline Shively has details.
