Good Day Cooks: Jalapeno Chicken Salad



  • 3-4 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 cup Roberts Reserve Jalapeno Dip
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup green onion, fine dice
  • 1/2 cup celery, fine dice
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced fine (optional)

In a small bowl combine the Jalapeno Dip, mayonnaise, and House Rub; mix well.

In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, green onion, cilantro and jalapeno.  Pour in the dressing and mix well. Chill for at least an hour and serve with bread or crackers.
