AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) -
- 3-4 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1 cup Roberts Reserve Jalapeno Dip
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup green onion, fine dice
- 1/2 cup celery, fine dice
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced fine (optional)
In a small bowl combine the Jalapeno Dip, mayonnaise, and House Rub; mix well.
In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, green onion, cilantro and jalapeno. Pour in the dressing and mix well. Chill for at least an hour and serve with bread or crackers.
