AUSTIN, Texas - During South by Southwest, everyone will get a chance to see the debut of an exhibit of original tattoo artwork by the "Godfather of the American Tattoo". Paul Monahan, a brand ambassador for Sailor Jerry, talks about the exhibit, "The Original Artwork of Norman Collins".
