CEDAR PARK, Texas - Did you buy a Mega Millions ticket in Cedar Park? You might want to check those numbers again as Texas Lottery officials have announced that a $227 million jackpot winning ticket was sold there.

Shannon Ryan visits the gas station in Cedar Park that sold the winning $227 million dollar jackpot.

Texas Lottery says the ticket was sold at the Lakeline Express Mart on 2004 N. Lakeline Boulevard and was a quick pick. “It’s exciting to sell to a big, big winner!” said Lakeline Express Mart Manager, Bidhan Budathoki.

The winning numbers for September 24 were: 6, 14, 24, 42, 46 and the Mega Ball number was 9.

According to the Texas State Lottery Commission, the “cash value option” was selected at the time of purchase. Meaning the winner, will receive more than $157 million.

Officials say three other tickets were sold in Texas that matched four of the five numbers and the Mega Ball. One ticket is worth $10,000 and the other two are worth $40,000 as those two tickets were Megaplied with a Megaplier.

The Lakeline Express Mart is also eligible to recieve a million dollar bonus for selling the ticket.
