Some CVS customers could be entitled to some money after the pharmacy company reached a settlement in a class-action lawsuit.

Who is eligible for a payout?
Any U.S. resident who accessed CVS digital properties prior to July 27, 2026, is eligible for a payout.

- The CVS website (CVS.com)
- CVS Health website (CVSHealth.com)
- CVS app
How to receive payment
What you can do:
Eligible individuals can submit a claim to receive a cash payment of up to $5 without documentation, or up to $10 if they provide proof of class membership (such as search history, email receipts, or screenshots).
Final payment amounts may be reduced proportionally depending on the total number of valid claims filed.
To receive a payment, class members must submit a complete claim form online at www.CVSDigitalPrivacySettlement.com by Nov. 16, 2026.
Alternatively, individuals who wish to keep their right to sue CVS independently must submit an exclusion request by Nov. 1, 2026. Those who wish to object to the terms of the settlement must also file a written objection by Nov. 1, 2026.
