Former APD Officer Vontrey Clark made his first appearance Wednesday in a Bastrop County courtroom. He is charged with the murder of Kyle Victim Service Coordinator Samantha Dean.
On Wednesday morning, a dozen of Samantha Dean's friends and family members walked into a Bastrop County courtroom. Some of them were wearing shirts with a photo of Dean on the back.
Investigators say the Kyle Police Department victim service coordinator's body was found behind a shopping center west of Bastrop on February 3rd.
