Texas Amber Alert: 16-year-old found safely after going missing in Harris County

HOUSTON - An Amber Alert has been canceled after a Houston-area girl was found, according to officials.

What we know:

An Amber Alert was issued for a 16-year-old girl who was last seen in Spring on Tuesday. Officials said she was last seen with 22-year-old Nathaniel Young.

Shortly after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Harris County authorities confirmed the teen had been found safe in Huntsville.

What we don't know:

There is no official update on the suspect at this time.
