Mother and baby found dead after house fire in Taylor

A mother and her eight-month-old baby were found dead after a house fire in Taylor. 

According the Taylor Police Department, first responders were called to a fire in the 2000 block of Brewer's Place on Thursday, January 18, 2018.

While responding and putting out the fire, firefighters discovered 30-year-old Amy Baylor and eight-month-old Aleigha Sealey dead in the bedroom of the home. 

At this point, the Taylor Police Department is considering this a suspicious death.
