The Waco biker shootout captured in real time...apparently courtesy of a police dash cam.
"The police knew that the Cossacks were going to cause problems and they set up accordingly," said Las Vegas attorney Stephen Stubbs.
In the video you can see a fight breaks out in front of the Twin Peaks Restaurant patio...bikers scatter.
You can see someone being whipped by something that looks like a chain.
"There's a little bit of a tussle, a little bit of a fight and then there's a gunshot. We know from 2 independent witnesses that that gun was pulled and fired by a Cossack," Stubbs said.
Stubbs chatted with us via Facetime. He put the video and a few others onto his YouTube page this week. He says they were given to him by some media outlets who wanted him to review them.
One angle from inside the restaurant shows a man covered in blood running into the building.
And another video -- what Stubbs describes as a DPS Pole Cam, you see a fight that ends with a man laying lifeless on the ground while one of the bikers walks away.
"After that, you see the majority of the people running and taking cover. The majority of the bikers did not participate in this in any way shape or form. And I think it's sad that these bikers that didn't participate, didn't know about, didn't have anything to do with the conflict are facing charges," Stubbs said.
Stubbs is a biker himself and an advocate for bikers. He's represented motorcycle clubs before - even the Bandidos after the Waco incident. Even though Stubbs believes the Cossacks are responsible for the shootout, he's not representing anyone in the case right now. He just wants justice to prevail.
"The narrative from the police has been false from the very beginning. And it was done in a way to try to make themselves look great. And that's not justice, it's just wrong," Stubbs said.
Stubbs says only the aggressors should have been charged instead of the more than 150 that have been indicted.
"People that went there for a political meeting had nothing to do with any of the aggression, any of the violence...that simply heard gunshots and went away are being charged with organizing in criminal activity," Stubbs said.
Since November, a Grand Jury has indicted 154 people on the charge of "engaging in organized criminal activity." They face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
We reached out to the McLennan County DA for comment on Stubbs releasing these videos.
