Santa takes a break from his workshop to stop a couple local hospitals and visit some tiny heroes fighting a big battle.
He stopped by Seton Medical Center's Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit on December 21 morning. Nurses helped him spread holiday cheer to parents and their preemie babies who are too small to go home for Christmas.
St. Nick then to his sleigh over to St. David's to visit the NICU there.
Parents say having Santa pay a visit provides a bit of normalcy during a stressful time.
Families at both locations had the chance to take photos with Santa.
