AFD investigating fire at vacant South Austin home

AUSTIN, Texas - Investigators are looking into what caused a fire in a vacant home in South Austin.

Around 4 a.m., the Austin Fire Department was called to the 1300 block of Morgan Lane near Banister Lane.

Officials say the fire started in the basement, but it's unclear what sparked it. 

No injuries were reported.
