Controversy over teacher, book on racism in North Texas resolved

Last fall, the Carroll ISD Board of Trustees voted to reprimand the 4th grade teacher after getting a complaint about a book in the teacher's classroom library. The district and the teacher have not come to an agreement. FOX's Lynnanne Nguyen has the details.
