Greenhouse gas emissions reduced in Beijing to clear skies for Olympics

Air pollution levels in China are traditionally so bad, smog can make it impossible to see buildings and even the sun. But efforts to reduce harmful emissions in time for the Winter Olympics have meant blue skies for athletes. FOX's Marianna Rafferty has details.
