TPWD gives updates on plane that crashed into Lady Bird Lake

A Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Warden was doing a test flight after routine maintenance and reported having issues before crashing into Lady Bird Lake. Two bystanders were able to rescue the pilot before EMS arrived.
