Daniel Perry attorneys file pardon petition

Attorneys for convicted murderer Daniel Perry submitted a petition to pardon the former Army sergeant, claiming he did not receive a fair trial. Perry was sentenced to 25 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of murdering a Black Lives Matter protester in 2020.
