Austin City Council briefed on homelessness
For nearly a month, the City of Austin has been using the marshaling yard near the airport as a temporary emergency homeless shelter. That space has already reached its capacity, according to the city's interim homeless strategy officer, who gave an update to City Council on Wednesday.
