Man charged in deadly east Austin shooting

On Sept. 11, Austin police found the body of 30-year-old Salvador Sanchez in John Trevino Junior Metro Park in East Austin. 45-year-old Jared Nelson was booked into jail five days later, initially on a trespassing charge.
