How to prepare for weather disasters

There have been 23 climate catastrophes and weather events as of the end of August, costing billions and killing 253 people, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This is why Ad Council and FEMA are teaming up to encourage older people and their loved ones to take control.
