Pasta Bar: What's on the menu

Husband and wife chefs, who have earned Michelin stars, are opening a new dessert shop and expanding their popular burger spot to East Austin. They're the duo behind Scratch Restaurants, which also owns Pasta Bar. FOX 7's Tierra Neubaum has more.
