It's been over a week since the flash flooding in Central Texas from the Hill Country to local neighborhoods. So many people have been impacted, but why are some areas more vulnerable? Texas A&M professor of civil and environmental engineering Nasir Gharaibeh joins FOX 7 Austin's Katie Jackson to explain.
