Super Agers: Shared traits for mental resilience

Memory loss and cognitive decline are assumed to be an inevitable part of aging but new research suggests that doesn't have to be the case. A decades long study analyzed the brains of so-called "super agers" who are defined as those 80 or older who show strong memory performance on part with people three decades younger.
