FULL: $40M pledged to new flood housing fund

The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country has announced a $40 million pledge to a new housing fund to support victims of the Kerr County floods during the July 4th weekend. The announcement was made alongside Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.
