STARR testing: Lawmakers to debate bill to end it

House Bill 8, which would put an end to the STARR test, is set for a House floor debate. State lawmakers are trying to replace one big STAAR test in public schools with three shorter tests. FOX 7 Austin's Jessica Rivera has the details.
