Zilker Cafe could return to Barton Springs Pool

Barton Springs Pool could have a cafe in front of it again if the Austin City Council approves a vendor contract. However, there weren't many options for vendors; in fact, only one applied. FOX 7 Austin's city reporter Angela Shen reports.
