Luby's opens up new location in downtown Austin

After seven decades, Texans are still flocking to the restaurant chain. Bob Luby opened his first restaurant in San Antonio back in 1947 and now there's a new location in downtown Austin. FOX 7 Austin photojournalist Noel Ipina has more.
