Veterans and suicide prevention
In 2014, an average of 20 veterans died from suicide each day. Six of the 20 were users of VA services. The VA believes suicide prevention is everyone's responsibility and Dr. Caitlin Thompson, the VA's National Director of Suicide Prevention, talks more about it.
