DPS border hearing

The Department of Public Safety will make its case to the state's Homeland and Security Committee about why they need more than a billion dollars to protect our Texas border. They've already been given almost $800 million and are asking for roughly $300 million more. FOX 7's Elizabeth Saab has more.
